Reset Outstanding User Award 2023 arrives at Geoffrey Robinson Ltd

25 January 2024

In the Autumn 2023 issue of Connected we featured an article on Reset Member Company Geoffrey Robinson who had been announced as the recipient of Reset’s Outstanding User Award for 2023.

The mechanical, electrical and construction contractor, with offices across the North East and Greater Manchester, had over a ten-month period from January to October used Reset Access services (self-serve check-in systems for contractors) over 9100 times earning them the title of outstanding user and demonstrating their commitment to health and safety and compliance.

Just before the festive break, Reset’s Managing Director, Gary Duce and Marketing Executive, Natalie Wood made the journey up to their Billingham office to present the coveted award to Managing Director, Neal Robinson.

Gary Duce, Managing Director at Reset, said ‘It was great to meet Neal and to be able to present him and his team with the Outstanding User Award for 2023 - It is well deserved! It was also quite timely with the recent refurbishment of the offices and reception area which features a trophy cabinet”.

Gary continues, “Like Neal, my background is contracting so it was a great opportunity to hear about all the exciting projects Geoffrey Robinson has been and will be involved in over the coming months, as well as being able to share past stories about the industry”.

Neal Robinson, Managing Director at Geoffrey Robinson said, “We are delighted to receive this award in recognition of everyone’s continued efforts and dedication to health and safety standards”.

Neal goes on to say, “Reset gives my administration department plenty of time to arrange certification renewal for the team as well as giving our clients peace of mind that anyone working on their sites has the qualifications to undertake the work”.
