Reset Site Induction integrates seamlessly with Reset Access. When a contractor arrives without a valid induction or requiring a refresher, the system performs a 'stop-at-the-gate' - presenting a QR code to access the induction content on their mobile device. Once completed and conditions accepted, their profile is automatically updated and they can proceed sign in as normal.

Contractors can complete inductions remotely via their dashboard before attending site. Client sites can manage refresher requirements using set periods (e.g. every 12 months) or day counts from last visit to site (e.g. 90 days since last attendance). If the site induction needs to change dramatically (e.g. a change in legislation) you can request that everyone retakes the new induction. Upload your induction content directly to the portal and all completion records are stored on individual cardholder profiles.
