Reset has launched Metrix, a complete training matrix solution, to the Reset Pro+ Supplier Member package. A simple to use, powerful tool to simplify and vastly speed up the management, interrogation and reporting of your staff training records.

Working seamlessly with your Reset Individual Cardholder profiles, Metrix automatically generates training matrixes in real time to allow full visibility of all of your Reset Cardholders in one place. It can be used to track your staff qualifications and competences, to meet customer or tender requirements, and to provide evidence reports to clients and customers.

Working seamlessly with the Reset platform, a live data feed from your Reset Individual Card profiles, equates to an end to maintaining Excel or similar training records and negates the need for manually pulling together training information and generating reports and tailored views can be created in seconds to satisfy the specific needs of your different customers.

Various filters can be applied to generate bespoke views and streamlined reports. The reporting can be used in many different ways, for instance, to find any gaps in training across your staff or to identify staff that have a set prerequisite of qualifications for a particular job or customer.

The data presented is simplified as training qualifications can be firstly grouped into sections, and then within the groups, aggregators can allow for grouping of similar qualifications, whereby the qualification title may differ slightly, such as Asbestos Awareness or First Aid. Additionally, you can build your own custom aggregators to group your own qualifications where applicable and, where required, you can easily export Metrix reports to Excel, to enable sharing and collaboration with your team.
