The simple traffic light system enables you to instantly see any expiring or expired elements on an individual's profile. An individual's qualifications and accreditations can be viewed at the click of a button making it easy for training to be planned and arranged as required.

The note feature allows you to add notes to either an individual's profile or multiple profiles at once and acts as a reminder for appraisals, driving license checks, toolbox talks or PPE issue. When you add an expiry date to a note on an individual's profile you will automatically receive an email notification 28 days prior to expiry and on expiry of your note.
